1. Fee submission notification

Upon successful submission of the article, if the manuscript meets the journal’s writing regulations, the author will receive an email notification inviting them to proceed with the payment.

2. Fee payment after logging in

• The author can complete the payment by clicking on the Submission link provided in the email or by logging into the system at the designated address: https://ctujs.ctu.edu.vn
• After logging into the system, the author can proceed with the payment by selecting the "Payment" button.

3. QR code payment

At this stage, a QR code will be displayed. The author can scan the QR code and complete the payment.

4. QR code expiry

The QR code will remain valid for 15 minutes. After this period, the QR code will automatically expire.

5. Successful payment confirmation

If the author completes the payment successfully, the system will display a screen as shown in the following image, and the article will proceed to the peer review stage.
